Quotes provided via our online photo upload system, over the phone, or via text are estimates only, based entirely on the visible volume and description provided by the client.

Final Price Guarantee: Final pricing is always confirmed on-site before any loading begins. You will never be charged a higher figure without your explicit agreement first.

Volume Variations: We reserve the right to adjust the price if the actual volume, weight, or accessibility of the junk differs significantly from the provided photographs or descriptions.

Customers must provide safe, clear access for our commercial vehicles, including adequate driveway clearance, gate widths and overhead space.

Driveway / Property Waiver: While our team takes the utmost care and operates to a premium standard, Urban Junk Removal is not liable for unavoidable minor cosmetic wear — such as tire marks, minor scuffs, or surface impressions — on driveways, nature strips, or internal walls resulting from the extraction of heavy, awkward, or abrasive items, barring gross negligence on our part.

For the safety of our team and compliance with Victorian environmental regulations, we strictly do not accept:

• Asbestos in any form.
• Liquid paints, solvents, or flammable liquids.
• Biohazards, medical waste, or toxic chemicals.

Hidden Hazards: If prohibited materials are discovered hidden within a load after a job has commenced, the job will be immediately halted. The client will be responsible for a hazardous handling fee and the immediate lawful removal of the material at their own expense.

By engaging Urban Junk Removal, you warrant that you are the legal owner of the items being removed, or that you have the explicit, authorized permission of the owner to dispose of them.

Once items are loaded into our vehicles, ownership transfers entirely to Urban Junk Removal.

We prioritize sustainability. We reserve the right to sort, donate, recycle, or dispose of the collected items at our sole professional discretion.

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a scheduled arrival window may be subject to a nominal call-out fee.

If our team arrives on-site and the client cancels the job, a minimum call-out fee will apply to cover transit and labor.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
